The Program: Our Yoga program can be enjoyed by anyone at any fitness level! Hatha Yoga focuses on physical poses & breathing and relaxation techniques! You will enjoy increased strength, flexibility & stress relief as part of your healthy lifestyle.
The Instructor: Amber Klippel is a certified YogaFit Instructor & Therapist who cares deeply about her students progress & enjoyment. She always makes yoga class different & fun.
The Schedule: Mornings & Evenings
Mornings: Tues & Thurs, 9:30—10:30
Evenings: Tues, 8:00 — 8:50
Thurs, 7:10—8:00
Tuition: There are a few options to choose from! Generally $25 a month for unlimited sessions or $8 drop in rate.
