First, our curriculum (the 1st Nationally documented Teaching Curriculum) is Family friendly as is our facility design! Parents & siblings are invited and encouraged to view our classes, use the study area & socialize. Family involvement is crucial to the long term success of your TaeKwonDo Artist. Our Adult TaeKwonDo & Yoga participants are mostly based on the family of our youth program!

While training authentic and highly skilled TaeKwonDo artists, the ITA believes the highest purpose of TaeKwonDo education is to prepare students for the responsibilities of citizenship.

Parents appreciate our Partners In Learning (Nationally recognized Academic support program and our Short & Long term goal setting lessons! A goal oriented program works best when parents and teachers are partners.

Do you want to have a great attitude toward competition? Our organization offers an International & Local Tournament circuit that is closed to ITA participants to ensure our Tenets are exercised first! (Honor, Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, Courage & Community.) Teaching a student to prepare, practice & have the courage to compete are all trophies to us!

Our lesson schedule is flexible! You can pick the most convenient days & times for you! (Our lesson times are convenient for working parents, too!) Your goals can be met with 2 – 3 lessons per week! We also offer Private Lessons!

Our Instructors make the difference! Our Leadership Team is hand picked for their TKD talents and emotional desire to give back. We are ITA Certified (4 times per year) and are Martial Arts Educators & Success Coaches tuned in to what our students’ specific goals are. We teaching style is professional and engaging for everyone. We have various elements of our Certification including specialized skills in A.D.D., ADHD and special needs.
